I offer one-on-one telephone consultations to Florida landlords, who need help solving all types of landlord and tenant related problems. I also provide landlords with ready-to-use advice, on how to better manage their residential rental housing business, for maximum profit, with minimum problems.

And my rates are very affordable, I only charge $24.95, for a fifteen minute telephone consultation, and just $49.95, for a thirty minute consultation. Landlords pay for the telephone call.

I am available for telephone consultations on weekdays, evenings and weekends. Over the years, I've done hundreds of telephone consultations, and I've found that most landlords' questions, can be answered within a fifteen minute time period. In order to get the most out of your telephone consultation, I recommend that you write a detailed outline, of exactly what you want to discuss with me, to include any questions that need to be answered.
